local business women of Bancroft and surrounding areas welcome you to browse
our on-line 'Notebook'. Here you will find listings for upcoming local events
of interest to business, and area activity groups
you may wish to join to balance out your busy life. Many of the businesses
run by women in our 'neck of the woods', are 'soho', and isolation is one
of our main concerns. It is our hope that our networking luncheons will help
alleviate isolation and provide area business women with an avenue to meet,
network, learn and expand their present business and social environment.
OPEN INVITATION
There
is an open invitation to all women in business, as well as those 'thinking
about it', to join us for our monthly luncheon. Even if you do not have a
business but wish to network with other women in the area, the invitation
is for all women. For complete details, see our 'Events'
page. This luncheon is 'run' by the women who attend - your ideas and suggestions
dictate what, when and how. If you have ideas on how we may improve our luncheons,
please let us know.
Although we are a widely spread group, we feel it is important to keep current of happenings that may affect our business and/or lifestyle. Because this is a volunteer web site, event updating will be done twice a month - at the beginning and middle to try to accommodate all those wishing to add to the calendar and our Directory page.
