So you want a web site but your photo collection just isn't made for the web. If you need photos or graphics for your web site or for any graphic project for that matter, try www.istockphoto.com. Most graphic artists and web designers I know, all use this site. Istock supplies high quality Royalty-Free images starting at $2.00 Cdn. Ya gotta luv the price! Take your time and check out the photos and once you find what you want, take down the photo reference number for your web designer. Also - IF you are into photography, you may want to 'sell' through IStock - just an idea.

This 'upload' service allows quick and easy upload of very large documents (i.e. movies, presentations, print flyers) for you and your friends and clients. NO MORE clogging up e-mail - wonderful!!!

There is a 'free' version but even the 'paid' versions are extremely reasonable for what yiou get. Amazingly fast uploads and downloadds - not sure how I lived without this service. Now I just receive a short e-mail notice that a huge file awaits me - I click and download. No more clogging up e-mail - wonderful.

Search Engine Information - so you have a web site and want to register with all the search engines. What you should know is that it can take from 6 weeks to 6 months for your listing to show on a search engine. And, some are now charging just to be listed!

Listen up folks! You must 'update' your anti-virus files and have the program on 'auto' to catch any virus entering your machine.
