Well…. had problems trying to download the anti-virus program I originally wanted to try, so decided to see how good Kaspersky really was. (www.kaspersky.com) One of the other highly rated anti-virus programs actually uses Kaspersky ‘engine’ to run their service …. interesting.
I downloaded and installed a short while ago and, naturally, an hour is not enough time to make a judgement call… but, so far my computer appears just a little bit happier.. Yes, I know… it is a computer, it does not get happy….. wanna bet?

With all the travelling I have been doing over the past year, one of the things that bothers me is that I am very familiar with my ‘own’ home page in IE (or Firefox) – and then, when visiting, I am on someone else’s machine and lost! Well… I get lots of newsletter, one of which is from techcoachforcoaches.com. Yesterday the Tech Coach mentioned a site where you could list your favourites(thumbnails) for easy access from any computer. They claim you can locate web sites that you visit on a regular basis, with 2 clicks. So am giving it a try – appears easy enough. Here is address: www.only2clicks.com
If this works well, it should cut down a lot of time and frustration…. crossing my fingers!
