Hello, my name is Dale Campbell and I am the founder of 'done by dale Web Design'. Originally from Montreal, I have lived and worked in both Canada and the U.S. eventually settling in Toronto.

After years of corporate/admin career climbing and contracting as a word processing supervisor/trainer, I was introduced to the internet and a new marketing tool called a 'web site'. I soon discovered that I had a flair for marketing (who knew??) and creating web sites allowed me to efficiently use ALL my previous work experience. This new exciting challenge resulted in the emergence of done by dale Web Design in 1998.

The internet continues to evolve and what was once just 'pretty pictures', now includes marketing strategy, search engine optimization, interactive designs - but the best web sites still consist of a good dash of common sense. I believe in 'web sites with a handshake' and strong proactive customer service.

Experience has also taught me that creating effective web sites require a good eye for design, a basic knowledge of marketing, a diverse background in business and a full range of communication skills. Oh - I almost forgot - it helps if you have a lot of patience!! Working with web sites allows me to 'create' something artistic as well as functional ... and day after day I learn something new - perfect!
